📑 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Viyoma Nirvana – An Emotional Wellbeing Programme, We strive to provide the best possible experience to our participants.

 

Please read our policy carefully:

1. Workshops / Group Programmes (₹49 or otherwise)

   • All registrations are non-refundable.

   • Once registered, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

   • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant for the same session

2. 1-to-1 Sessions

   • Session fees are non-refundable.

   • However, you are allowed one-time rescheduling if informed at least 24 hours before the session.

   • Rescheduling beyond this will not be accommodated.

3. Membership Plans

   • All membership plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.

   • Memberships cannot be paused, cancelled, or refunded once purchased.

   • Renewal details, validity period, and inclusions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
